These dresses are by from a couture house in Adelaide (never thought I would combine the words couture and Adelaide in a sentence) called Paolo Sebastian.
The head designer is Paul Vasileff. These are a collection that he did with Disney. Before you scoff at the word Disney, look at the beading work and the whimsy. There is more whimsy here than a Baz Luhrmann film. The detail, the detail, the detail! Bliss.
The romantic in me wishes I could wear these. The realist in me knows I would look like the Fairy Godmother from Cinderella (the animated version) crossed with Edna Turnblad.
